returned for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3

          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                      
          NO. 3(MLV) Relating to the deployment of F-22                                             
          Raptor aircraft at Elmendorf Air Force Base.                                              
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House
